At Cotton Candy Golf, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• Tags must still be attached.

• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

International Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cottoncandygolf.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Return shipping cost

• Sweden: 59 SEK

• European Union: 20 EUR

• Outside EU: Please contact info@cottoncandygolf.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the applicable shipping cost.

Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once your return is approved.

European Union customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in line with EU consumer protection laws.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
